Meet up in the Red Zone! Your campus game room - unplug, connect and play. Red Zone Sports Grill is dedicated to the history of Miami University Athletics and is perfect for hands-on gaming, student organization gatherings, game nights and get-togethers.
Location: 2067 Armstrong Student Center (East Wing, second floor) Hours: Open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. (dining closed on Saturdays and Sundays)
Billiards, air hockey, and foosball equipment, as well as Nintendo Switches, games, and cards, can all be checked out for casual use by the Miami community.
A valid Miami ID must be presented in order to receive equipment.
Equipment is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Failure to return or theft of equipment may result in loss of Red Zone gaming privileges and/or a replacement fee.
Equipment must remain inside the Red Zone. Do not leave any equipment unattended.
Notify Red Zone staff of any damages at first notice.
Reservations and Events
During normal operational hours, elements of the space can be reserved for private use, while the rest of the area remains open to the public. Red Zone may be reserved for private events outside of normal operational hours, or during academic breaks.
Student organizations and Miami dpeartments should contact the Armstrong administration for availability and reservations.

RedZone Programming Mini Grant
Bring your ideas to life in the Red Zone game room! We're offering mini-grants to help students create fun, engaging programs—apply now and make it happen!
In an effort to increase programs hosted by student organizations in Red Zone, the Armstrong Student Center is sponsoring a programming grant for events held in the space. Organizations can request up to $200 for programming supplies or other program-related expenses. Events applying for the grant must meet the following criteria:
Free and open to the entire Miami community
Organization must be registered and in good standing with the university.
Grant application must be submitted at least one month prior to the event date.
Not intended for recurring events / traditional organization meetings.
Process
Submit a Red Zone programming grant application, at least one month prior to the event. Your application should include a clear, concise budget and marketing plan.
The Assistant Director of Student Engagement and a member of the ASC Student Engagement Team will be responsible for reviewing and processing requests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Five events will be approved a semester.
Once the requests have been reviewed, the student organization will receive a memo indicating that the request has been approved or not approved.
If approved, you will need to work with the Armstrong Student Center Administration team for the appropriate accounting information. If the event has been canceled or funds are not used, the funds will need to be returned to (or will be retained by) the Armstrong Student Center.
