Amenities in the Center

Lost and Found

Lost and found is located at the Armstrong Student Center information desk. All electronics, credit cards, and high-dollar value items are sent to MUPD daily. Low-dollar items will be held for at least 30 days at the information desk. If unclaimed after thirty days, the item will be donated. Lost Miami University ID cards are stored at the information desk after the owner has been notified. Unclaimed Miami ID cards will be returned to the Campus Services Center for destruction. The Armstrong Student Center is not responsible for the loss of any materials or items turned in to the information desk.

L&H

L&H is a student maker space located in the East Wing of the Armstrong Student Center. It is available for student groups to host fundraisers, curate art galleries, or develop other potential business ventures as part of a class project. To learn more about the space, please contact Geoff Combs to discuss your ideas!

Barber Shop

The Barber Shop is located on the first floor of the East Wing next to the Atrium. Please visit the barbershop to schedule appointments.

Printing

There are multiple self-service printing stations located in the Armstrong Student Center. There is a printer located on the first floor behind the information desk, and there are two printers located on the third floor directly past the 3001 study room. If problems occur with printing, the Armstrong Student Center information desk, located on the first floor outside of the Shade Family Room, can help.

Tech Support Lounge

The Tech Support Lounge is located in the Armstrong Student Center Atrium. It is a first-come, first-served walk-in support desk where students can get assistance with their personally owned devices. They offer help with Wi-Fi connectivity, malware removal, warranty repair recommendations, hardware malfunctions, and operating system and software installation issues

First Miami Student Credit Union

First Miami Student Credit Union is located in the Armstrong Student Center, room 2011. It is a solely student-run financial institution on Miami University's campus. They work to understand the needs of their peers, prioritizing convenience and understanding in banking, exemplifying our commitment to being “for students, by students.”

Offices in the Armstrong Student Center

The Armstrong Student Center is home to multiple offices. These offices include the Armstrong Student Center Administration, the Center for Career Exploration and Success, Leadership and Fraternity and Sorority Life, and Student Engagement and Activities. All of these offices help students with various aspects of their Miami experience.

Armstrong Student Center Administration

The Armstrong Student Center Administrative staff works with a group of student employees to help run the Armstrong Student Center. Find the staff in Armstrong Student Center room 3012.

Center for Career Exploration and Success

The Center for Career Exploration and Success empowers undergraduate and graduate students to engage in career exploration and experiential learning to optimize their professional and personal potential through connections with employers and the Miami career community. The Center for Career Exploration and Success can be found in Armstrong Student Center room 0045.

Leadership and Fraternity and Sorority Life

Leadership and Fraternity and Sorority Life contain the Cliff Alexander Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life and the Wilks Institute for Leadership and Service. Leadership and Fraternity and Sorority Life can be found in Armstrong Student Center room 2026.

Student Engagement and Activities

Student Engagement and Activities is your go-to place for deepening your Miami experience. Through enriching student organizations, transformative programs, and training to support student leaders, we promote intentional involvement, facilitate leadership development, and encourage student growth. Student Engagements and Activities is located in the Armstrong Student Center room 2030.
