Job Title: Financial Analyst
Job Summary:

Preparing financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support. Develop and assist with quarterly and annual reports.

Duties/Physical Demands:

Works in collaboration with Campus Services, Recreation, and Goggin Directors regarding budget reviews to ensure the most effective use of resources within budgets allocated and conform to all university policies and procedures.

Performs financial analysis to review for accuracy throughout on a monthly basis.

Creates monthly financial reporting and budget analysis for monthly financial statements and provides a consolidated financial report.

Reconciles departmental/program expense and revenue accounts monthly, make appropriate error corrections

Works within university systems to provide reports, metrics and serve as a resource and/or leader for projects on efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field and 1-3 years of relevant work experience.

Work experience may be substituted for some of the education requirement(s) above.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to review, interpret and analyze financial information.
Organizational and time management skills
