Regional Director of Enrollment Operations and OneStop Services

Salary/Grade:

 $59,000 - $64,000

Job Summary:

The Regional Director of Enrollment Operations and OneStop Services is responsible for administering the regional operations, processing, and policies within the areas of records, registration, course scheduling, billing and OneStop services.

Duties/Physical Demands:

The Regional Director of Enrollment Operations and OneStop Services will administer university policy and procedure in the areas of registrar, records and registration; develop, monitor adherence, and evaluate regional policy and procedures for records and registration; administer Regional OneStop records and registration, and enrollment operations process and procedure development, collaboration, oversight, and evaluation; development and maintenance of standard operating procedure; coordinate academic term scheduling including course and location; monitor and ensure adherence to course schedule policy; communicate, train, and support Records & Registration and Academic Department administrative staff in academic term scheduling; analyze student service, enrollment, and space utilization data; monitor information and reporting systems including request tracker, room scheduling, and call center; implement and maintain student record compliance according to Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Office of University Registrar and retention policies; monitor and manage regional FERPA and record compliance; manage administration of the Regional OneStop Centers, their operations and services; coordinate student services and practices to support central offices within student financial services, records and registration; collaborate with Regional Financial Aid, ELC, Academic Advising, TLC, Athletics, Admission, Academic departments, Data Analyst, CCP, and other departments as needed to serve students and review and implement processes and procedures necessary to enroll and retain students; collaborate with main campus counterparts (Bursar, Registrar, OneStop Services, Veteran Benefits, Student Success, etc.) to maintain proper university level procedures and training; supervise and develop Enrollment Operations, Records and Registration, and One Stop Services staff and student employees.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in financial aid, records, registration, bursar, or closely related areas; experience in customer service.

Desired Qualifications:

Consideration may be given to candidates with a Master’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in financial aid, records, registration, bursar or related areas; experience in systems operations, database management, process development, and ERP systems; demonstrated handling of confidential information; detail oriented.
