With so many options, planning on-campus food and beverage options may seem overwhelming, but our professional planning staff will guide you through the process. Together, we can devise the casual or formal experience you desire for your guest, taking advantage of the great culinary teams of both Miami Catering and Miami University's Dining Services. Your Miami Experience can include banquets, concessions events, delivered meals in all university and Oxford spaces, specially themed menus, or simply delicious food you pick up and serve to your guests on your own. Our planners are ready to assist - call, email, or complete our RFP to begin the planning process.
Miami departments and offices can receive assistance coordinating dining in Miami's various operations for campus guests from Conference Services. Meal cards can be programmed for use in a la carte and/or buffet locations and are flexible options to best fit each budget and event needs. Guests present these meal cards as a form of payment at cashier stations in each operation on campus. Careful coordination with Miami Dining makes the service seamless for your guests. Campus Meal card use can be combined with any catering event, concessions, or vending to create a flexible plan that is right for you and your guests.

Dining locations include two styles. Buffets are all-you-care-to-eat locations, serving multiple entrees and a full array of hot and cold entrees, side dishes, a salad bar, desserts, and multiple beverage options. A la Carte operations are offered at the Armstrong Student Center. A blend of both dining locations is possible for most groups.
Miami University is situated in the quaint town of Oxford, Ohio where the Oxford Police Department works in conjunction with Miami University’s Police Department to provide a safe environment for all campus guests.
The nature of your event may require paid security specific to your group. Your event planner will consult on university requirements and assist with arranging for the necessary services.
Optional security detail can be arranged to meet your group’s needs. Whether requesting 24-hour bell desk for residence halls, customized patrols for event management, or our team addressing your group to prioritize personal safety, your planner can find the right mixture of services for your group.
