The Curator and Administrator will: 1) Oversee building and grounds maintenance and upkeep, working with campus partners to identify areas for improvement to safeguard the building and collections; 2) Develop and implement strategic planning for the McGuffey House and Museum, manage its annual budget, identifying strategic needs as well as annual and periodic fundraising activities; 3) Develop collections plan/policy, oversee acquisitions and deaccessioning, document and manage museum collections through database, and coordinate photographic and documentary imaging of collections; 4) Research and disseminate knowledge relevant to the museum’s mission and the building and collections, through print and online publications, inclusive exhibitions, classes, educational programs, and tours; 5) Supervise, manage, and train student employees and museum volunteers, including Docents; 6) Engage with in person and virtual visitors through the museum’s website, social media and outreach opportunities with local community and institutional partners.

Education Coordinator

The Richard and Carole Cocks Art Museum (RCCAM) at Miami University seeks an Education Coordinator to support RCCAM in the development of its educational programming and interpretative content. The Coordinator will assist in planning and facilitating education programs that emphasize RCCAM's long-standing commitment to social justice, DEAI, and that serve its diverse audiences. Electrical Systems Operations Manager
