Job Summary:

The Content Team Student Associate will work closely with content team members to
develop and implement marketing strategies for campus clients and University Communications and Marketing.

Essential Duties:

Through the course of the internship, students will:
Understand how a marketing and communications office functions.
Write persuasively and produce multimedia content for a variety of print and digital platforms.
Collaborate with content strategists, designers, photographers, brand analysts, and digital marketers to develop strategic messages and content.
Participate in audience/market research.
Proofread print and digital content.

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong background in written and verbal communication (lots of journalism or English composition courses, experience interviewing people and writing news or feature-type articles).
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Enthusiastic interest in communications, marketing, and/or branding.
Photography and video skills are a plus.
