Job Summary:

The Student Specialist - Operations and Data will assist the Center for Career Exploration and Success (CCES) with customer relations management system updates (Handshake and other systems).

Essential Duties:

Assist the Center for Career Exploration and Success (CCES) with customer relations management system updates (Handshake and other systems), work on data insights and system usage, and other duties as assigned. The selected student will work with the Operations and Communications team under the supervision of the Director of Operations and Communications.

Minimum Qualifications: The preferred candidate will:
• be a current student available to work during the academic year
• be adept at using Excel
• be experienced with the process of cleaning data
• be excels at critical thinking and problem-solving
Special Instructions to Applicants: We are seeking a student for Fall 2024 and beyond who may also be available to work during the summer months. All students are encouraged to apply regardless of whether you are available for summer work.
