Job Summary:

This position within the Office of Enrollment Management & Student Success (EMSS) will provide technical/technology support and work closely with the Technical Support Manager to address the daily needs of help desk management within the Office of the Vice President (EMSS), Admission, Office of Bursar, Office of Student Financial Assistance, Office of the Registrar, Center for Career Exploration & Success, and One Stop.

Essential Duties:

Duties may include but are not limited to providing technical assistance and basic computer training to the staff, as needed. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Other duties, as assigned.

Work assignments require limited direction and supervision. Experience or specialized knowledge in the area required. Ability to provide training or tutorial consultation for employees or students. Work directly with management in technical tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience/knowledge with problem-solving and troubleshooting. Must be able to follow directions well and take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications:

Desired qualifications are Microsoft Office, Windows Operating System (XP and 7)., previous experience and knowledge in a computer/technical environment.
