Director of Career Education and Inclusion

The Miami University (Oxford, OH) Center for Career Exploration and Success (CCES) seeks a strategic and collaborative Director of Career Education and Inclusion who is responsible for creating and executing dynamic strategies for career education and inclusion across all CCES stakeholders and especially for students, employers and CCES staff. This position’s duties serve as a key component to the Career Center’s goals and is a member of the CCES Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Assistant Vice President, the Director will set career development strategy for student populations which would especially benefit from proactive support, provide inclusion training for CCES staff, and assist employers in their efforts to recruit from multiple student populations. Additionally, the Director will collaborate with the Division of Enrollment Management’s Current Student Communications team to create strategies for CCES marketing. The salary range for the position is $85,000 - $100,000. Occasional weekend and evening obligations are a component of this position. This position is campus-based but may have the option to work remotely on a hybrid basis (1-2 days/week) following an introductory period.
