Job Summary:

This position will involve covering open lab hours for nursing students in the skilled labs in the Clinical Health Science building, along with other related duties.

Essential Duties:

Assist in preparation of weekly labs and other competencies
Maintains presence during open labs
Maintain inventory of lab supplies
Participates in prospective student tours and other events representing Miami Nursing
Assist faculty and students will assimilation equipment
Report and trouble shoot malfunctioning equipment
Assist Director of Nursing Resource Center with special projects
Offer assistance to faculty and nursing administrative office as time permits
Perform additional lab related duties as required
Work assignments are competed under supervision of Nursing Resource Center Director
Employees follow well defined policies and procedures under direction and supervision

Minimum Qualifications:

Clear verbal and written communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Values team work with a positive attitude
