Job Summary:

University Advancement is seeking a student for the divisional mailroom. This student should be able to learn new concepts quickly, be unafraid to ask questions, and perform a variety of jobs including but not limited to: prepare mailings, perform mail runs on campus (must have a valid driver's license), and enter/update information into system as needed such as change of address, phone, etc. for Gifts and Records team.

Essential Duties:

1) Prepare mailings
2) Perform mail runs on campus (must have a valid driver license)
3) Enter/update information into Banner system as needed such as change of address, phone, etc. for Gifts and Records team
4) Provide tours and student one-on-one as needed for friends/alumni of the university
5) Assist UA staff with projects as needed (sometimes involves a level of complexity and responsibility that can exceed that of the average student employee (building spreadsheets, researching alumni/friends/corporations in LinkedIn and various other sites, etc.)
6) Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

This position requires strong verbal communication skills, a problem-solving mentality, ability to take responsibility for projects and work independently.

Student must have valid driver's license.
