Job Summary:

Serve as front link information resource for the Center for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Must be friendly, courteous and willing to greet and assist all center visitors, including students, staff, faculty, and community members.

Essential Duties:

Perform basic office skills: answer phones, route calls, take messages, run campus errands, direct visitors, and maintain center cleanliness. Assists with set up for programs and events. Employees follow well-defined policies and procedures. Must maintain center decorum, rules and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Successful applicants commonly have strong communication and organizational skills, take initiative, contribute positively, shows a commitment to diversity by accepting and learning from others while creating an atmosphere of positive engagement. Requires good communication skills and the ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds. Must be willing to participate in various programs or events scheduled.
