Now hiring for all semesters! Student callers are a critical component to keeping open lines of communication with alumni, parents, and friends of Miami University. Additionally, they raise thousands of dollars a year for scholarships, financial aid, and other Miami initiatives.
This position requires strong verbal communication skills, a problem-solving mentality, the ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment, and genuine desire to advance the mission of Miami University. Working for the Telehawks is an excellent opportunity to develop your communication, negotiation, and fundraising knowledge and expertise while networking with a wide variety of members of the RedHawk family.
Must have the availability to work 3 shifts per week based on the following allotted shift times: Monday-Thursday: 10:00a to 12:00p 1:00p to 4:00p 6:00p to 8:00p

Essential Duties: |
Serve as an ambassador for Miami University by discussing university policies, accolades, and accomplishments. Call constituents (alumni, parents, and friends) to build personal rapport, update demographic information, and acquire gifts for Miami University. Work with other student callers in a team-oriented environment to achieve fundraising goals.
