Students who need an accessible version of Miami University's application may use the PDF documents on this page and submit them via email to admission@MiamiOH.edu. If you need additional assistance, a representative from the Common Application is available to help; you can schedule a call now.
Please note: the following documents are updated annually, in October. We can accept the previous year's application if completed between Aug. 1 and the date the new version is posted.
