Job Summary:

Students working in this position will assist the Department of English Copy Center over the Academic year.

Essential Duties:

The following job responsibilities and duties will be carried out by Student Workers assigned to the Department of English Copy Center. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Photocopying, scanning, and completing work orders
• Designing materials for print and social media
• Organizing supplies
• Assisting faculty and graduate students with their needs in a timely and courteous manner
• Maintaining a clean, productive, and welcoming work area
• Running departmental errands
• Working at the front desk in reception as needed to answer phones and direct visitors

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be friendly, willing to assist with problem solving, detail oriented, and dependable. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Canva expected.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience or interest in Adobe Creative Cloud; Design Experience
