Job Summary: |
Miami Online seeks undergraduate student support for their Oxford office. The student employee will gain invaluable experience providing administrative and operational support, as well as assisting in the many tasks related to the effective design and delivery of online and hybrid courses. This is a professionalization opportunity for students seeking internships or post-graduation job prospects. |
Essential Duties: |
Provide assistance to Miami Online staff: |
Minimum Qualifications: | • Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at Miami University. • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Proficiency in Google Workspace apps (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Slides). • Ability to take direction and work as a team member. • Ability to manage time effectively and demonstrate self-motivation. |
Preferred Qualifications: | • Experience with and/or working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, etc.). • Experience with HTML and web content management systems (Cascade, WordPress). • Experience with online and distance learning. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. |
