Job Title: Student Associate
Salary/Grade:

$11.45 - $12.45 / hr

Hours per Week:

Up to 22 hours per week.

Duration of Appointment:

One semester.

Job Summary:

The Research Associate will assist with the Theatre for Young Audiences – State of the Field study, including tasks such as literature review, instrument design/testing, data analysis, presentation/publication preparation, and general administrative project support.

Essential Duties:

-Complete CITI training and follow all established study procedures, including those regarding confidentiality of data.
-Identify and report on literature relevant to the study
-Analyze qualitative survey data
-Assist with the preparation of presentations/publications
-Provide other administrative support as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

-Current Miami Undergraduate Student
-Ability to work effectively independently and with others
-Ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

-Demonstrated familiarity with the field of Theatre for Young Audiences
-Demonstrated familiarity with qualitative research methodology.
