Job Summary:

Provide front-line support to current, new, and returning students by assisting callers and visitors as they navigate academic and student life support services at Miami.

Essential Duties:

In this role, you will answer questions, schedule appointments, refer students to appropriate resources, and assist with event planning and general administrative tasks. You will be given opportunities to collaborate with staff, practice public speaking, plan events, and polish your customer service skills. Individual projects will be assigned based on your talents, interests, and initiative.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Current Miami student
- 2.7 GPA or higher

Preferred Qualifications:

- Customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
