Job Summary:

Come help the Office of Student Financial Assistance! The selected student will work within a variety of units and assist with day-to-day tasks and project work. Hours can range from 10-20 hours with very flexible scheduling.

- Work assignments require limited direction and supervision
- Ability to provide training or tutorial consultation for employees or students
- Assist in planning or producing instructional materials
- Work directly with management in technical tasks

Possible work continuation throughout Academic Year.

Essential Duties:

Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Assist with reviewing and updating financial aid web pages, Banner Self-Service, and emails
- Work collaboratively with management and team members on special projects, including the implementation of Workday
- Perform audits on electronic scholarship files for compliance and retention purposes
- Thoroughly review and test financial aid forms, student and parent dashboards, and form communications

Minimum Qualifications:

- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic

Special Instructions to Applicants:

This position is for Summer but could continue into the Academic Year.
