Job Summary:

Represent and work within the Center for Student Engagement, Activities, and Leadership

Essential Duties:

Attend and participate in meetings
Weekly one-on-one meetings with supervisor
Weekly team meetings
Monthly All Ambassador meetings
Planning retreats before the beginning of Fall/Spring semester
Collaborating across areas to bring their perspective to all of our leadership, community service, and civic engagement programming
Building community within all SEAL Ambassadors and areas
Developing and promoting events, workshops, service opportunities, lectures, etc
Staff general C-SEAL information tables at events such as, but not limited to, Make it Miami, New Student/Transfer Orientation, and Mega Fair
Work majority of hours within the Wilks collaboratory space
Fulfill other duties as assigned by C-SEAL professional staff
Fulfill other duties as specified by Area Job Descriptions

Minimum Qualifications:

2.5 GPA
Willingness to learn new duties and information about Miami University
Individuals who have been involved in organizations, participated in community service or engagement, previous part-time or full-time work experience, and/or those who have never held a formal leadership role but have the desire to become leaders
Skills or experiences listed within area role descriptions
