Visiting Assistant Professor

Job Summary:

Visiting Assistant Professor in Electromechanical Engineering Technology to teach both laboratory and lecture-based undergraduate courses and advise students beginning Fall Semester 2023. Teaching may include: process control interface design, computerized instrumentation, control systems, industrial automation, dynamics and modern manufacturing systems. The department is part of the College of Liberal Arts and Applied Science of Miami University and is based on Miami’s open-admission regional campuses in Hamilton and Middletown, Ohio.

Courses are offered during the day and evenings and delivered in-person and by video conference and web. Minimum Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a closely related field by date of appointment.
