Job Summary: |
Duties: Support full-time staff by serving customers at each coffee station Operate the point-of-sale system at the front of house Assist with stocking food, coffee and supplies at the back of house Assist with operational cleaning
Expectations: Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the venue and customers for cues. Be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays. Commit to a minimum of 6 work hours per week Deliver quality customer service, with a focus on connecting with customers Display ability to adhere to all recipe and presentation standards. Display knowledge of the values of Miami University and Starbucks. Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Provide quality products consistently for all customers Strong sense of teamwork and accountability. Willingness to learn new duties and grow professionally.

The hiring process for this position will begin closer to the spring 2021 semester. Applicants may also apply in person at the dining location during regular business hours.
