Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer
Job Summary:

Responsible for Miami Regionals' brand including all external-facing enrollment and event marketing materials to ensure compliance with recently-established university brand standards for the Regionals.

Duties/Physical Demands:
  • Development and creation of Regionals enrollment marketing campaigns in collaboration with multiple offices.
    • Campaigns comprised of various media platforms with targeted marketing collateral for various prospective and current student audiences. Components can include digital and print ads, videos/commercials, billboards, posters/fliers.
  • Brand ambassador for Miami Regionals. Responsible for reviewing all Regionals marketing collateral ensuring branding consistency with Miami-Oxford and Regionals brand.
  • Responsible for managing freelance resources as needed, creating budgets and maintaining ongoing relationships for future projects.
  • Manage internal design resources.
  • Delegate work to student designer(s).
  • Design and manage multiple space/office design projects at the Regionals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
  • 5 years of graphic design experience
  • Ability to work within established brand standards and guidelines
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • This position is available to persons who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time and indefinite basis. (Persons authorized to work on such a basis include US citizens, lawful permanent residents (“green card” holders), asylees, refugees, and temporary residents under IRCA.)
