Like all members of the Office of Residence Life, the Assistant Director is charged with shaping the environment and experiences of students by providing services and programs related to the Office of Residence Life’s Pillars of Success, which include (1) to provide safe and healthy homes, (2) to assist in increasing persistence and retention, (3) to promote inclusive and diverse communities, (4) to extend the learning environment beyond the classroom, and (5) to ease students' transition to adulthood. Full-time benefit package for the length of employment with the University with a starting salary range of $52,000 - $56,000. The anticipated start date for this position is June 1, 2024.
