Job Summary:

The Office of Equity and Equal Opportunity (OEEO) is seeking student assistants for the summer of 2024 with the opportunity to continue into the 2024-25 academic year.

Essential Duties:

This position is generally clerical, with responsibilities such as answering the phone, greeting office visitors, taking complete messages, running errands, operating office equipment and performing related duties as requested by the OEEO staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

Demonstrated appreciation and respect for differences.
An attitude of professionalism.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Dependable and punctual.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to effectively use MS Word, Excel, and Google Apps.

Preferred Qualifications: Past experience working in office setting.
