Job Summary: |
The Red Zone team member is responsible for attending to the needs of the customers of the Red Zone. Team members are responsible for maintaining all gaming equipment, organizing and cleaning the Red Zone, and for helping in the execution of events. Team Members must present an extensive knowledge of information about the Red Zone area, Armstrong Student Center, and the campus services/programs.
Work assignments require limited direction and supervision. Experience or specialized knowledge in the area required. Ability to provide training or tutorial consultation for employees or students. Assist faculty in planning or producing instructional materials. Work directly with management in technical tasks.

Essential Duties: |
* Provide excellent customer service to patrons of Red Zone * Monitor activity throughout the Red Zone. * Use check out system to check out equipment to patrons of Red Zone * Do light repair of all gaming equipment in Red Zone * Monitor all equipment including gaming and TVs. * Maintain cleanliness of Red Zone desk and storage room at all times. * Daily maintenance of equipment required including: brushing pool tables, cleaning air hockey tables and foosball tables. * Report damage and updates as needed to Red Zone Team Manager or professional staff. * Other duties as assigned.
