Essential Duties: |
Duties may include preparation of materials, front desk coverage and answering the phone during the lunch hour, greeting office visitors, taking complete messages, filing, copying and data entry, and monitoring appointments, Professional Headshot Booth usage, and other jobs as requested. Work assignments will be completed under close supervision. Students will work under the direction of multiple staff members who will provide a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications: |
- Ability to effectively use Word, Excel, G-Mail, Google Docs, etc. - Have experience in the Career Center Handshake platform - Be open-minded, interpersonally skilled, and dedicated both to the office and to the students we serve - Possess an attitude of professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality - Be dependable and punctual - Have excellent organizational skills - Be currently enrolled undergraduate students.

Preferred Qualifications: |
Preference may be given to first- and second-year students. Past experience working in an office environment is also a plus.
