Job Summary:

Plan and Implement programs, activities, leadership trainings and workshops in collaboration with Center for Student Engagement, Activities, and Leadership, other Wilks Fellows, OIDI, The Democracy Center, City of Oxford and others. Fellows will be assigned an area of focus (Leadership, Service, Civic Engagement) but will work across assignments to support C-SEAL and Wilks initiatives.

Essential Duties:

Duties include:
- Regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings with supervisor
- Attending Wilks Staff meetings and professional development opportunities
- Collaborating across Wilks teams to bring their perspective to all of our leadership programming
- Developing and promoting (in collaboration with Wilks Fellows team) events and workshops including workshops, tabling, trainings, retreats, --lecture series guests, service opportunities
- Work majority of hours within the Wilks space (room 2018 ASC)
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by Wilks professional staff

Minimum Qualifications:

 Basic understanding of the HUB, room/space reservation processes.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Understanding of ASG funding procedures and Buyway and purchasing processes.
