Job Title:

Summer Resident Assistant - 2022

Salary/Grade:

$300 each month for May, June, July and August

Duration of Appointment:

3-4 months

Job Summary:

These individuals report to the Summer School Resident Director of the respective building, will live in a student room, and be regularly available to residents.

Essential Duties:

RAs will assist with the development of community, various administrative tasks, programming, crisis intervention, counseling, and enforcement of the Code of Student Conduct. These individuals must be available to assist with check-in and check-out (Summer Sessions I, II, III, and check-in for IV) and be on duty on a rotating basis.

Minimum Qualifications:

Enrollment at Miami University in preceding and following semesters.
Must successfully pass a criminal background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Resident Assistant at Miami University and have accepted a Miami University Resident Assistant placement for the following Fall semester
