Job Title:

Food & Beverage - Student Assistant

Salary/Grade:

$13.00/hr.

Job Summary:

We are adding new team members at Dividends! Starting pay is $13.00 with the opportunity for promotion. This position does not work evenings or weekends!

Duties:
Support full-time staff by serving customers at the grill, deli and coffee stations.
Operate the point-of-sale system at the front of the house.
Assisting with stocking food & supplies at the back of the house.
Assisting with dishes, operational cleaning.

Expectations:
Commit to a minimum of 6 work hours per week.
Provide a high level of customer service with a positive attitude.
Strong sense of teamwork and accountability.
Willingness to learn new duties and grow professionally.

(Students may schedule shifts between 7:15a-5:45p- closed on weekends)

Minimum Qualifications:

Work assignments are completed under close supervision.
Procedures are well established.
Employees typically follow well-defined policies and procedures.
Minimal training or prior knowledge of work is required.
