Student Assistant

Salary/Grade:

$8.80/hr - $9.65/hr

Job Summary:

Students in this position are responsible for administrative aspects involved in the processes of the Enrollment Operations Department on the Oxford Campus. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Accurate entry of student information into the data management system
- Scanning, copying, filing, and other general office duties
- Sorting/processing mail and packages
- Additional tasks as assigned

Students will follow well-defined policies and procedures. The student worker will report to Senior Student Services Technician.

Work assignments are completed under close supervision.
Procedures are well established.
Employees typically follow well-defined policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must have good communication skills, a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Work expectation will be 10 hours each week.

Minimal training or prior knowledge of work is required.
