Job Summary:

The University Libraries’ Office of the Dean is looking to fill a Master 1 Graduate position for the fall and spring semesters, with the potential for additional summer hours. This position will support the Coordinator of Strategy, Assessment, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. Responsibilities include curriculum development for a Student Leadership Academy, implementation of DEI initiatives within the University Libraries, and supporting the implementation of the Libraries’ Strategic Plan.

Office hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The position is for 8-12 hours a week.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Reliability, integrity, and must be in good academic standing;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability and willingness to work independently in a team environment;
- Ability to prioritize projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for students, faculty, and staff.
