Job Title: Middletown Assistant Baseball Coach
Job Summary:

The Assistant Baseball Coach will be responsible for working alongside the Head Coach in all aspects of the program to facilitate the development, both academically and athletically, of student-athletes.

Duties/Physical Demands:

The Assistant Baseball Coach along with the Head Coach, will be responsible for attending all practice sessions, matches, and strength and conditioning sessions. Both coaches will be responsible for program marketing, team and player compliance with conference and University rules and procedures, schedule management, monitoring of academic progress and recruiting.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience coaching or teaching baseball at any level, preferably at the college or high school level; Ability to assist at practice sessions and at games; High School Diploma/GED.

This position is not eligible for H1B sponsorship.

Desired Qualifications:

Consideration may be given to candidates with an Associate Degree or higher; General understanding of NCAA rules and policies; Network of contacts in primary recruiting areas.
