Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor

Job Summary:

Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor to teach a full-load of Finance courses (typically 9 – 12 credit hours per semester); advise students; and provide service to the institution; primary teaching responsibility will be Financial Modeling with Excel and/or Cases in Finance or other elective. Start date of position is August 17, 2020.

Minimum Qualifications:

PhD in Finance or related field for appointment as a Visiting Assistant Professor; Master's Degree in Finance or related field and industry experience for appointment as an Instructor; willingness and ability to teach Financial Modeling with Excel as well as a Finance elective.

Desired Qualifications:

Consideration may be given to applicants with demonstrated teaching effectiveness at the undergraduate level; relevant work experience in Finance; graduate degree from a business school or a professional credential (e.g. CFA, CFP, etc.).
