Upward Bound (UB) Tutor-Mentor (TM) - Student Master 1 Undergrad

Upward Bound participants are high school students attending Hamilton High School. The program includes academic, cultural, and recreational activities. The TM will support and promote academic excellence, mentor students on their path to college matriculation, and foster a sense of community and belonging among participants. The Upward Bound Tutor/Mentor will possess exceptional academic skills and be motivated to help program participants understand subject areas in new ways. The TM may assist in the Upward Bound program by modeling study skills and by mentoring Upward Bound Program Participants. The position is temporary and will be renewed each semester. College Reading and Learning Association certification will be provided and required.
