The position oversees architects, engineers, project managers, interior designers, planners, and construction administrators. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, Construction Management or related field, and at least five years of full-time experience. Professional Registration as an architect or engineer in the State of Ohio is required; or the ability to obtain within the first year of hire. Thorough knowledge of the Capital Planning process, as administered by the State of Ohio, is preferred. Experience in using e-Builder and FM Systems is preferred.
