This position’s duties serve as a key component to the Career Center’s goals and is a member of the CCES Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Assistant Vice President, the Director will set career development strategy for student populations which would especially benefit from proactive support, provide inclusion training for CCES staff, and assist employers in their efforts to recruit from multiple student populations. Additionally, the Director will collaborate with the Division of Enrollment Management’s Current Student Communications team to create strategies for CCES marketing. This position will work collaboratively with the CCES Leadership Team to benchmark and create innovative and data-informed approaches to programming and student outreach.
The salary range for the position is $85,000 - $100,000. Occasional weekend and evening obligations are a component of this position.
