SSNs explore students’ motivation through self-reflection and assist in building appropriate help-seeking and self-advocacy behaviors, empowering students to make informed decisions about their academic path. Assisting new students with the transition to college, including time management, building community, and establishing next steps is the core of the SSNs’ work with students. Once students have decided on a major, SSNs provide support as they transition to their academic division’s Academic Advising program.

Service+ Student Success Coordinator
