Job Summary:

The Department of Theatre is seeking a student who is self-motivated, dependable, and familiar with the department’s production season to serve as House Manager.

Essential Duties:

Coordinate and train ushers; manage front of house areas; enforce House rules; liaise with the box office staff; other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: -Appropriate verbal and written communication skills
-Ability and willingness to work effectively independently within a team environment
-Reliability and a friendly demeanor with good attendance habits
-Must be appropriately dressed to represent a professional work environment
-Familiarity with the Department of Theatre and its production season
Special Instructions to Applicants: -Patron services/customer service experience
-Experience coordinating volunteers
