Job Title: Assistant Teaching Professor/Assistant Lecturer
Job Summary:

Assistant Teaching Professor/Assistant Lecturer (non-tenure track) to teach in the area of human capital management leadership, starting Fall semester 2023. Provide quality teaching in multiple areas of human capital management and leadership at both the introductory and upper levels and provide service to the profession and university, and advise students.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required: For appointment as an Assistant Teaching Professor, applicants must have a doctorate in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, or a closely related field by the date of appointment. For appointment as an Assistant Lecturer, applicants must have a Master's in Business Administration, or a Master's degree in a closely related field by the date of appointment with a minimum of 2-year work experience in the industry. 

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime and indefinite basis.
