Job Summary:

This position serves as the “face” of Goggin Ice Center providing the best customer service to our students, staff, and community.

Essential Duties:

Provide customer service in support of Goggin Ice Center Pro Shop, including renting skates/broomball shoes, stocking merchandise, responding to telephone and in-person inquiries.
Possible public session skate-guard duty.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Work assignments are completed under close supervision.
Employees typically follow well-defined policies and procedures.
Minimal training or prior knowledge of work is required.

Preferred Qualifications: Basic ice skating abilities.
