Job Title:

Quality Control Student Assistant


$8.80/hr - $9.65/hr

Job Summary:

Work directly with Service Delivery and Service Management analysts to inspect support interactions and help drive improvements for future interactions.

Essential Duties:

Inspect support interactions for compliance with process guidelines
Assess quality of a sample of interactions using a quality rubric
Identify patterns and trends
Make recommendations for improving consistency, quality, or changes to process that will yield better outcomes
Work with subject matter experts to draft procedures for gaps in knowledge needed for successful interactions

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail
Skilled in use of spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with technical writing
Experience with technical support
