Job Title: Family Science & Social Work - Student Master 1 UG

9.50/hr - 10.60/hr

Job Summary:

Work performed is complex and requires training (either coursework or in-house departmental training).
Work is done independently of supervision.

For Academic and Administrative Assistance settings, the student must:
Engage in creating databases using various software packages.
Provide support for divisional/departmental services.
Demonstrate evidence of advanced technical and customer support leadership, skills in mentoring, training, expert management, and intermediate business.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates must possess software skills, leadership skills and business skills, and ability to work unsupervised. Provide support for divisional/departmental services. Administrative tasks: developing and/or revising forms, assist with clerical functions, maintain and organizing filing systems.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1. Ability to work in Microsoft Suite and Google Apps is required
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills
3. Able to work independently and as part of a team
4. Dependable, with attention to detail.
