Job Summary:

Provide private ice skating instruction to skaters of all levels.
Job duties include: set individual goals, create training plans, manage training schedule, prepare skaters for competition and testing, cut music, communicate Goggin Ice Center's policies and procedures with skaters and parents.
Work performed is highly complex, requiring a deep understanding of ice skating fundamentals and techniques of the sport.
Work is done without supervision.

Minimum Qualifications:

5-8 years competitive ice skating experience.
3-4 years experience teaching group lessons.
Understanding of ice skating fundamentals and techniques.
Extensive training and proof of level certification by the national governing body (USFS or USA Hockey).
Must also work in the capacity of a Group Lessons Instructor or MSA Class Skating Coach.
