Job Title: Shriver Center Student Building Manager
Salary/Grade: $9.50/hour
Job Summary:

The Student Building Managers are responsible for the effective operation of The Shriver Center. Student managers represent the administrative staff of The Shriver Center on evenings and weekends and assist with operations. This position comes with much responsibility, accountability, flexibility and a high level of trust. We expect our students to attain a certain level of competence in each of the following areas: Customer service, Responsibility, Teamwork, Leadership, Autonomy, and Management.

Work assignments are completed under close supervision.
Procedures are well established.
Employees typically follow well-defined policies and procedures.
Minimal training or prior knowledge of work is required.

Minimum Qualifications:

This is a student only position. You must be enrolled as a university student.

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Must be a good communicator. Must be able to communicate both verbally, and in writing.
