Coordinator of Strategy and Assessment to advance strategic planning, to coordinate assessment and organizational effectiveness of Library initiatives, and to direct projects and assignments within the University Libraries. This position requires a candidate with excellent project management skills, proactive planning, adaptability, and a customer service focus who will respond with flexibility to a wide variety of multiple and shifting priorities. The University Libraries are engaged in an annual continuing strategic planning process (lib.miamioh.edu/strategic/) in concert with the University's strategic plan.
