Job Title: Sr Maintenance/Repair Spec
Salary/Grade:

$16.90/G2

Job Summary:

Assists in maintaining university facilities by performing complex operations in a specialized field.

Position works part-time, 8-24 hours per week with primary schedule being weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Duties/Physical Demands:

1) Monitors activities of facility to ensure the smooth flow or operations and that all systems are fully          functional.

2) Identifies and corrects and problems in equipment or procedures.

3) Ensures that facility is in compliance with all pertinent University, local, and state rules and regulations.

4) Maintains inventory of materials and supplies; orders as necessary; oversees receiving of materials and      supplies.

5) Oversees staff; establishes work schedules and assigns tasks; monitors and reviews performance;            ensures that any necessary corrections or changes are made.

Minimum Qualifications:

Requires nine months of technical training beyond high school and three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires driver's license.
