Student Assistant - French & Italian

Salary/Grade:

$8.55/hr - $9.65/hr

Job Summary:

Proficiency in Word and Excel is highly desired. Office experience preferred, but not required. Good communication skills are a must. Applicants need to be self-motivated, detail oriented, and service minded. Applicants must also be able to work independently and efficiently. Duties will include, but are not limited to, copy and scan jobs, answering phones, assisting and directing visitors, record management, updating spreadsheets, assistance with budget matters, campus errands, and other office duties as they arise. French and Italian Studies majors and minors need not apply due to confidentiality issues. Applicants must be able to work for no less than two hour shifts at a time. Work assignments are completed under close supervision.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimal training or prior knowledge of work is required.
